Cottonwood Club Drive

Featured on the cover of Utah Style and Design in the spring of 2006, this remodel, in the words of the magazine, was a "...refreshing revival of a classic '60's Holladay home." The interior was completely gutted and the exterior was re-landscaped to allow light into the home. The kitchen and dining room were combined into a more usable space. The conversion of this house was quite remarkable and created a beautiful, livable home.
